Terms of Service

EduTripti is a school management and administration platform designed to help educational institutions manage their academic, administrative, communication, and operational activities.

Depending on the configuration of a school and the user's role, the Services may provide features including:

• Student and staff management
• Attendance management
• Timetable management
• Examination and marks management
• Staff attendance and leave management
• School communication
• Tasks and activities
• Fees and financial management
• Transport management
• Library management
• Document management
• Notifications and messaging
• Other school management and administrative functionality

The features available to a particular user may vary depending on the school, subscription plan, configuration, and permissions assigned to that user.

EduTripti is primarily intended for use by educational institutions and their authorized users, including teachers, administrators, accountants, non-teaching staff, students, parents, and other persons authorized by a participating school.

The EduTripti Staff App is intended for authorized school staff and employees.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and must keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to access and use the information and Services available through your account.

Schools may create or manage organizations within EduTripti and may invite or authorize users to access their school environment.

School administrators may determine:

• Which users are associated with the school
• The roles and permissions assigned to users
• The information users can access
• The features available to users
• Whether a user's access should be modified or deactivated

EduTripti is not responsible for decisions made by a school regarding user permissions, access, employment, student records, or other internal school matters.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and only for lawful and authorized purposes.

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with another person
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to school or student information
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Services
• Circumvent or interfere with security or access controls
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Services to distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or inappropriate content
• Use the Services to violate the rights or privacy of another person
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract information from the Services without authorization
• Use the Services for activities that could damage, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of EduTripti
• Use the Services for any purpose prohibited by applicable law

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless caused by a security issue attributable to EduTripti.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.

EduTripti may use email/password authentication, Google Sign-In, or other authentication methods made available through the Services.

If you believe that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you should notify EduTripti promptly.

Schools and authorized users may submit, upload, create, or otherwise provide information through the Services (“User Data”).

User Data may include staff information, student information, attendance records, academic information, documents, communications, and other school-related information.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorization to provide such information to EduTripti and to use the Services for processing that information.

Schools remain responsible for determining what information they enter into the Services and for ensuring that their use of EduTripti complies with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and their obligations to students, parents, staff, and other individuals.

EduTripti processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

EduTripti provides schools with tools to manage access to information through roles and permissions.

Users must only access information that they are authorized to access.

If your relationship with a school ends or the school administrator removes your access, your access to that school's data may be suspended or deactivated.

Your general EduTripti account may continue to exist even after your access to a particular school is removed.

EduTripti may provide service-related communications through the Services, including push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

These communications may relate to account activity, attendance, school announcements, timetable updates, examinations, tasks, leave, administrative activities, security notifications, and other Service-related matters.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that such communications may be necessary for the operation of the Services.

The Services, including their software, design, interface, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, documentation, features, and other content provided by EduTripti, are owned by or licensed to Ayodhaam Spiritvel Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from the Services or any part of them without our prior written permission.

“EduTripti” and related branding are trademarks or proprietary assets of Ayodhaam Spiritvel Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of content and information that you or your school lawfully submit to the Services.

By submitting User Data, you grant EduTripti the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that information solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services and fulfilling our legal obligations.

We do not sell User Data.

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including technology, authentication, messaging, hosting, analytics, or infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

EduTripti is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or content of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

We aim to keep EduTripti available and reliable; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Updates or upgrades
• Technical failures
• Network or infrastructure issues
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue particular features or parts of the Services when reasonably necessary.

EduTripti may offer certain Services or features free of charge and may offer additional features or services under paid plans.

The availability, features, limits, pricing, and terms of paid services may vary and may be communicated separately to the relevant school or customer.

Where applicable, paid services will be subject to the applicable commercial agreement, order, subscription terms, or other written agreement between EduTripti and the customer.

EduTripti provides software tools to support school administration and management.

EduTripti does not guarantee:

• Academic outcomes
• Student performance
• Accuracy of information entered by users
• Decisions made by schools or staff using the Services
• That the Services will meet every specific operational requirement of a school

Schools and authorized users remain responsible for reviewing information and making appropriate decisions based on their own policies and professional judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not make warranties or representations that the Services will always be uninterrupted, completely accurate, error-free, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ayodhaam Spiritvel Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This may include loss of data, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of opportunities, or other indirect losses, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayodhaam Spiritvel Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your unauthorized or unlawful use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another person's rights
• Content or information you submit without having the necessary rights or authorization
• Your misuse of school or student information

EduTripti or the relevant school may suspend or deactivate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including when:

• These Terms are violated
• Unauthorized access or misuse is suspected
• The account creates a security or operational risk
• Required by law or a lawful authority
• The relevant school requests removal of the user's access
• The Services are discontinued

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination or deactivation does not automatically eliminate information that EduTripti or the school is legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

We may modify or update the Services and these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any separate commercial or service agreements applicable to a school or customer, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly supersedes these Terms.
